our team will take care of the pool weekly, monthly cost $100
When do i pay?
three days after guest check-in, pool fee and pest control ( if applicable) once on the fifth day of the month
Maintenance
Our team make the basic maintenance but if a specialized professional is needed, we will contact you and send the offer of the repair/special cleaning for your approval/decision
Damage caused by wear and tear
All house belongs( bath and bed clothes, pots, decorations…) will be inspected by our team after every booking and will be informed to the owner in case something needs to be replaced.
